Directed development of debut game Bootsies. Grew team size from solo to 5+ members. Lead programmer, music composition/production, and gameplay artist. Managed marketing on social media and game community.

[UCLA HCI lab group] Designing a modular, multi-abstraction-level algorithm visualization framework used to lower the technical barrier for people that want to understand and write their own algorithms, regardless of their technical background. Supervisor: Dr. Xiang Chen.

Worked at OPR-AL Research & Innovation Centre (https://www.ee.ryerson.ca/opr/).

Investigated network security and communications as an individual undergraduate research project May 2016 - April 2017. Successfully developed novel method of physical-level network monitoring and demonstrated a proof of concept. Used Quartus, an Altera DE2 development board, oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.

Coordinated undergraduate research team in wireless communications and embedded development project as researcher team lead May 2017-Jan 2018. Prototype system involving a new, decentralized, BLE-based communication algorithm was developed and demonstrated successfully. Used nRF52 BLE development boards.

Worked on Bluetooth-based embedded development intelligent networking applications May 2018 - September 2018. Demonstrated a working system of real-time IoT device presence detection. Used ESP32 BLE/Wi-Fi development boards.
