As AirRobe's first UX Design hire, I was able to:

• Redesign the entire search filtering system within our main product;

• Redesign the Product Search experience;

• Started AirRobe’s design system from scratch, working with the lead engineer and VP of Engineering in order to stay aligned.

Highlights include collaborating with:

• The Product Org (VP of Engineering and Lead Engineers) during the discovery phases of projects;

• The Creative Team (Creative Director and Graphic Designers) to work on brand vision and direction;

• The CMO and CX Manager to further understand customers' needs and pain points;

• The CEO on Product Vision & Strategy, as well as evangelizing UX best practices across the org.

Acted as the UX advocate for our Guides, and worked on end-to-end projects focusing on improving user experience. Achievements include:

• Uncovered new pain points, and designed new user journeys to solve them. This enabled our Guides to have a more seamless and efficient microschool teaching experience;

• Redesigned our main product’s navigation information architecture;

• Contributed to Prenda’s design system, Spark.
