Achievements include: - Uncovered new pain points, and designed new user journeys to solve them. This enabled our Guides to have a more seamless and efficient microschool teaching experience; - Redesigned our main product’s navigation information architecture; - Contributed to Prenda’s design system, Spark. ### User Experience Designer @ Stealth Startup Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, California, United States Worked closely with co-founders, leading the exploration and ideation phases of designing a productivity tool, while also co-leading UX research efforts. Deliverables include research documentation, and high-fidelity mockups. ### Subject Matter Expert @ Google Play, Preloads @ Accenture Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Mountain View, CA I worked collaboratively with Engineering, Data and Product teams on projects, while acting as the POC in cross-functional communications for support between Policy, Operations and Engineering teams. I conducted usability testing for internal tools to find areas of weaknesses to iterate on for a better user experience. Aside from the above, I was also tasked to design high-fidelity deliverables (weekly trend reports and data reports) for clients, and training decks for Google Play Apps internal teams. I also guided and supported my team in meeting daily SLA, while maintaining our team's quality standards. ### QA Analyst @ Google Play, Android @ Accenture Jan 2016 – Jan 2019 | Mountain View, CA Assessed the usability of Android Wear and TV apps (with a focus on accessibility) on a daily basis. I created training decks for Google Play App’s specialized workflow processes, and managed training sessions. I was also tasked to evaluate other analysts’ performance metrics to ensure low error rates, while reviewing, analyzing and removing potential threats to user trust and safety. As side projects, I collaborated with cross-functioning teams to help design Google Play App’s internal quarterly newsletters. ### QA Analyst @ Google Play, DFX @ Accenture Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Mountain View, CA Assessed the usability of incoming Android (mobile and tablet) apps to ensure accessibility requirements are met by enforcing policy compliance and refining policies (through recognizing violation trends, edge cases, and policy gaps) within the Google Play Store. I also managed my team's data by creating new sheets, forms, and dashboards to automate our manual data processes. ### User Experience Designer @ Window Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco, California, United States Window was a stealth startup with a goal to revolutionize the way we shop online, while also providing customers an online community to engage and interact with the brands they love. Deliverables include a heuristic analysis of competitors and a heuristic analysis of the current prototype, as well as personas, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes for testing and development.
