In 2022, I was promoted to lead all operations for design and BI consulting services, managing work intake, traffic flow, and issue resolution for client projects. I scaled and currently manage all UX/UI Design and BI teams, leading distributed team members with clear vision, KPIs, and best practices.
I am known for driving alignment and embedding design thinking, Design Ops practices, and BI within company strategy and operations while synchronizing efforts among cross-functional groups. I interface with client Product Owners and executives to facilitate successful service delivery for enterprise clients. I also partner with engineering to align design operations with product roadmaps, timelines, and resources.
In this role, I have optimized UX research and strategy by leading qualitative research via interviews, mapping, walkthroughs, process analysis, and direct user input. I also boosted consistency by driving adoption of tools, enabling design standards and reusable component libraries, and implementing collaborative rituals.

• Originated company’s first Design department and UX/UI services roadmap, creating all strategy and operational frameworks, including recruitment pipeline, agile workflows, and process improvement roadmaps. Hired and onboarded four designers.
• Led company to win first Fortune 50 AI product development project, securing 90% account growth after leading strategy, needs analysis, and PoC development; worked with AI, web engineers and executives to align technical execution with business objectives.
• Steered UX Research and Strategy with new Fortune 50 department, generating major web product development project for people management, data visualization, resource planning, and operational coordination.
• Delivered UX/UI refresh for flagship client after pioneering development of BI Internship program, including curriculum development and comprehensive recruiting and onboarding strategy.
