Jan 2022 – Present | Oakland, CA In 2022, I was promoted to lead all operations for design and BI consulting services, managing work intake, traffic flow, and issue resolution for client projects. I scaled and currently manage all UX/UI Design and BI teams, leading distributed team members with clear vision, KPIs, and best practices. I am known for driving alignment and embedding design thinking, Design Ops practices, and BI within company strategy and operations while synchronizing efforts among cross-functional groups. I interface with client Product Owners and executives to facilitate successful service delivery for enterprise clients. I also partner with engineering to align design operations with product roadmaps, timelines, and resources. In this role, I have optimized UX research and strategy by leading qualitative research via interviews, mapping, walkthroughs, process analysis, and direct user input.
