I worked within the Email Protection team, designing for converged platform and onboarding initiatives aiming to simplify user workflow, increase new customer sell-through, and reduce churn. - Improved customer activation by redesigning setup experience, which reduced completion time - Implemented new interface design for flagship email protection tool. Spearheaded rollout plan along with cross-functional partners - Led end-to-end design for new email feature that educates users on email threats.
