At the a55, I redesigned the credit request journey for micro-entrepreneurs through our digital platform. To achieve this, I conducted user research interviews to identify their profiles and pain points, which informed the creation of new user journeys.
Throughout the design process, I conducted several usability tests on high-fidelity prototypes to validate the design's effectiveness. After launching, I monitored key metrics to ensure users were having a seamless experience. My efforts contributed to enhancing the user experience for micro-entrepreneurs seeking credit, allowing a55 to provide a valuable service to its customers.
