Focusing on discovery and user journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. Leveraging data analysis and competitor research to drive A/B testing and experimentation across products, optimising engagement and usability. Leading the creation of a unified, consistent design system while streamlining cross-functional communication to ensure seamless execution from concept to release. ### Product Designer @ a55 Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 At the a55, I redesigned the credit request journey for micro-entrepreneurs through our digital platform. To achieve this, I conducted user research interviews to identify their profiles and pain points, which informed the creation of new user journeys. Throughout the design process, I conducted several usability tests on high-fidelity prototypes to validate the design's effectiveness. After launching, I monitored key metrics to ensure users were having a seamless experience. My efforts contributed to enhancing the user experience for micro-entrepreneurs seeking credit, allowing a55 to provide a valuable service to its customers. ### UI Developer @ ICI - Instituto Curitiba de Informática Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 As a user interface and experience designer for a virtual assistant for Brazilian citizens, my responsibilities included conducting a comprehensive behaviour and needs survey to gain insight into users' expectations. Based on the findings, I created user stories and personas to design an intuitive user experience. Additionally, I mapped out all contact points between users and the virtual assistant and crafted the dialogue language for a natural and engaging interaction. To ensure the product's success, I created a high-fidelity prototype that simulated the user experience across various platforms, including websites and mobile apps. I leveraged my Ionic 4 and Angular skills to develop design system components that align with the product's vision and brand identity. ### UX/UI Designer @ Bureau Veritas Group Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 I worked on B2B and B2C products, identifying requirements, studying user flow and scenarios, making high fidelity interactive prototypes and communicating findings to key stakeholders, supporting and advising the development team on issues and bugs.
