I’m a Product Design Manager at LinkedIn, where I lead design within Hiring Solutions—shaping our $2B Enterprise Jobs business, driving design operations, and partnering on LinkedIn Hiring Agent (LIHA) to bring agentic, AI-powered workflows into the hiring journey. My focus is on empowering hirers and organizations to connect with the right talent more efficiently and effectively.

Previously, I led design for LinkedIn Learning, guiding a team of designers to create intuitive experiences for learners, managers, and learning administrators. During this time, I helped launch our new Career Hub offering, a solution geared toward supporting employee growth and internal mobility, while scaling discovery and admin tools to make enterprise learning more impactful and measurable.

With over a decade of design experience across enterprise, education, and consumer products, I bring a blend of product strategy, user research, interaction/visual design, and leadership to every challenge. Earlier in my career, I designed educational tools at Coursera, financial solutions at Deloitte, and e-commerce workflows at Mercari.
