•Executing end-to-end on key product areas, including IT owner get started, employee onboarding/offboarding, procurement, and other high-impact user flows.
•Developing a copywriting framework integrated with AI tools to streamline platform content, improving consistency and execution speed.

•Building and maintaining a design system from scratch - including a modular UI kit and unified content design.
