• Implemented batch processing of resources from Spanner to ElasticSearch, reducing latency by 99% — (Java)

• Added REST API endpoints for efficiently retrieving large amounts of hierarchical data from a relational database — (Java)

• Created additional alerts and improved tools to help catch and debug bugs before affecting production environments, including Unleash toggles and OpenTracing/Lightstep

• Developed the Cognite Data Source plugin(https://grafana.com/plugins/cognitedata-datasource) for Grafana (open-source graphing and monitoring tool) — (TypeScript)

• Added support for retrieving metadata from certain file formats through an internal command line tool— (C, C++)

• Used AWS Transcribe to perform automatic transcription generation on video files— (C, various AWS services)
