Launched Moody’s Copilot, a Gen AI chatbot that allows the user to switch between different LLMs. Redesigned a file management system with 2000+ active users and 6000+ uploaded datasets.

Designed responsive dashboard products for digital asset management, including crypto, which helped potential customers evaluate stablecoin risk. Conducted usability studies, including A/B testing and unmoderated tests, and presented research reports.

Launched product features to over 1000+ internal users, earning positive qualitative feedback. Designed components for the design system.

Became co-owner of two patents for the unique data visualization that I helped design and launch in 2017.

Facilitated usability tests to validate design hypotheses, used research findings to improve designs, and conducted competitive analyses to inform design decisions.
