Led design efforts and validated product market fit for Note Assist, Alma’s first ever AI product, resulting in Alma therapists spending 50% less time spent taking session notes.

Spearheaded the design and rollout of an integrated, care-centric telehealth platform, successfully replacing Alma’s $1,000,000 Zoom contract. Increased provider satisfaction and adoption by identifying key improvement opportunities and iterating rapidly.

Designed 0 to 1 foundational EHR features, including progress notes, client intake, and clinical assessments used by over 50% of Alma therapists.

Owned the design process for a variety of strategic bets, iterating quickly and collecting insights to validate product market fit.

Co-led a department-wide initiative to reduce UX debt, resulting in over 70% reduction in identified UX debt over 2 years.

Owned Drift’s design system, contributed new patterns in collaboration with other designs, and worked with engineers to oversee it’s implementation.
