I lead product design at The Met, working on a small but mighty team of product managers, designers, engineers, a data analyst, and a user researcher. I oversee design strategy and execution and deliver design work for the museum’s website, (approx. 25m unique users per year) and occasional in-gallery experiences.

I teach Information Architecture and Interaction Design (core requirement) and Digital Product Design (elective) to graduate students in Pratt's Information Experience Design program, introducing and deepening their understanding of the design process with an emphasis on research-backed decision-making.
