Creation of design concepts based on user-centered design, and UX principles, techniques and trends. I am responsible for developing concepts to create or improve the SecurePIM App modules. Currently we have more than 70,000 government users between iOS, Android and desktop.

Production of high and low quality mockups and interactive prototypes. I have created over 4,200 mockups for SecurePIM utilizing in different tools for mobiles, tablets and desktop.

Collaboration with designers, engineers, product owners, different departments, external companies, and more. Our company was bought by Materna, which ranked in first place for medium sized IT companies in Germany. The company has over 3,200 employees, therefore, collaboration is crucial.

Conduction and preparation of usability testing outside and inside the company. We conduct a minimum of 2 usability testings per year and I work with my team in the analysis of the results, data processing, design of improvements and tracking of the final outcome.

Translation of stakeholder requirements into user-friendly experiences. I analyze and understand complex security systems in order to make usable designs. SecurePIM managed to obtain the BSI (Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik) certification for Android.

Production of UI components, assets, illustration wireframes, prototypes and more. I was responsible for creating all UI requirements coming from the App teams (more than 10 million users) following the style guide of the company and the native behavior of iOS and Android.

Definition of the brand and understanding of the client communication by working in cross-teams. I collaborated with other team designers and across departments, for example developers and PO.

Support of internal usability testing. I evaluated how users react to UI changes, analyzed the results and proposed improvements.

UI Research. I analyzed UI-trends, competitors, design tools and ways to improve processes.

Social Media Management

In 2015 my project team and I won an award in the category of “Marketing Excellence” of the chamber of Shopping Malls Venezuela. During that project I was the head of the graphic campaign called “Good things must be preserved”.

The purpose of the campaign was to face a problem in order to draw attention in the public: Since the Venezuelan politics affected the country’s economy badly, I realized a campaign facing some issues in Venezuela. The characters inside the graphics are faceless so that everyone can be reflected in them since the economic problems affected everyone. Thanks to our campaign, in 2014 the government adjusted their laws in favor of the shopping malls and we won the Gold Award

of the ICSC in 2015 in Mexico.
