One of the biggest contributions I contributed to was in the creation of Cirrus, Thentia's design system. I was pivotal in actually getting it integrated and adopted by our development team by automating and syncing Figma variables and design tokens with CSS variables in our Github repo using plugins and Tailwind UI. Not only did I contribute to the design file but I re-coded the front-end of Thentia portals, giving a fresh look and feel to Thentia client portals.

I met with product designers understanding requirements for new features. I was pivotal as the lead designer for the inspection native mobile app, again helping development code the ui using Gluestack UI for react native.

Responsibilities included meeting with product managers to understand requirements, delivering mockups and prototypes and working alongside the development team.

I plan and facilitate all phases of design sprints.

I am responsible for the content layout, visual appearance and usability design of Surefund, Teranet's online platform for funds disbursements.

I create UI/UX materials such as sitemaps, visual framework, wireframing, annotations, style guides, interaction and behavior design requirements, and workflow diagrams

Using the latest tools for interactive design and layout including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch and Invision. I assist in the creation of human-centered UX materials such as user goal capturing, user journey mapping, personas, user research studies, and overall usability specifications.

I incorporate accessibility (AODA / WCAG) guidelines and Inclusive Design principles into pertaining deliverables

I joined the Enterprise Architecture team working with chatbot technology for a conceptual AI project to design and build a virtual assistant experience for Siri, Alexa and chatbots using Google's dialogueflow as a NLP (Natural Language Processing) platform.

My process involved creating user flows, mockups and prototypes to outline the UX and UI. I then coded the front end of the project using typescript react.

Working on new and innovative functionality for BMO InvestorLine Self Direct and Advice Direct products.

I was part of the UI/UX team to developing a new web based application to assist pension analysts with different client services and processes.
