# June Tang > Product Design @ Cresta AI Location: San Francisco, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/junetang I am a product designer with experience in designing, and building B2B and B2C software at startups, mid-scale companies and government agencies: Cresta, 10KC, D3 Security, NYC Mayor’s Office, BC Innovations. I’m currently at Cresta AI, leading design for our Knowledge Assist product to help agents find and access knowledge with accuracy and speed to service customers. Previously, I was at 10KC, designing tools for HR managers to build and deploy social learning experiences (designed a learning pathways builder tool, and data integration tools) at large enterprises (BMO, GE, Nike). Prior to 10KC, I was a product designer and UX writer at D3 Security, where I redesigned our navigation and information architecture, and a security operations documentation system for security analysts to investigate and respond to cybersecurity threats for large organizations (e.g. Disney, London Stock Exchange). I have conducted user research at New York Mayor’s Office for Chief Technology, where I helped prototype and design a service-finder tool for seniors in New York City during the pandemic. I began my career as a digital designer for BC Innovations where I designed social marketing assets for government funds to reach local businesses during the pandemic, and designed digital services for Emily Carr University. I graduated with a Bachelors in Interaction Design from Emily Carr University—Canada’s leading art and design institution. I am passionate about building products that democratize our access to information, education and opportunities. I was a volunteer at ADPList, writing education content to help onboard and train mentors to foster a safe and fruitful relationship with their mentees. I was also a mentor at VanUE and Emily Carr University where I mentored early-stage designers and design students to help them navigate early career challenges such as interviews, negotiations, portfolios. ## Work Experience ### Product Designer @ Cresta Jan 2025 – Present Leading design for our suite of Knowledge products, shaping how agents access information with ease and accuracy ✨ Backed by Sequoia, a16z, Greylock, and more. ### Product Designer II @ Ten Thousand Coffees Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Ten Thousand Coffees (10KC) is an enterprise SaaS platform for mentoring, networking, and informal talent development experiences.
