* Designed and implemented cryptographic systems across the mobile app (Swift/Kotlin), backend, and verifiable key management infrastructure on AWS Nitro Enclaves (Rust) for Bitkey, a Bitcoin collaborative-custody wallet serving customers in 95 countries.
* Set Bitkey’s privacy strategy and introduced Chain Code Delegation (BIP 89), orchestrating server, cryptography, and mobile teams to deliver the industry’s first privacy-preserving collaborative-custody wallet.
* Led research and development of new models for key custody and recovery using MPC protocols (FROST, OPRFs) and trusted execution environments to improve usability, privacy, and transparency.
* Conducted cryptography and security reviews across multiple systems and mentored engineers on applied cryptography and key custody security.
* Represented Block publicly through conference presentations and patent filings, advancing industry leadership in key management and applied cryptography while partnering with internal teams to translate research outcomes into customer-facing products.
