• Independently inspect and apprise automotive collision Damages.

• negotiate repairs and make total loss decision in the field and with repair shops.

• Provide high level of customer service and explain claims process to all parties involved.

• make payments to repair shops and vendors/ mitigate storage charges when applicable.

• Investigate, determine coverage, and confirm damages related to loss.

* Independently estimate vehicle damages and cost of repairs

*Manage vehicles throughout the full repair process and effectively deliver to satisfied customers after repairs are completed.

*Actively mange and run production throughout the entire repair process on a shop level.

*Maintain a highly effective CSI(Customer Service Index) goal of above 96%.

*Comply with all insurance partner relations while consistently meeting and exceeding Cooks Collision Standards and goals.
