Brought a commercial real estate site analysis micro-SaaS product to market in under a year. Architected and developed the MVP of ZScope using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Shadcn/UI, and PostgreSQL. Collaborated on feature and UX/design iterations in order to reach target MVP launch.

Designed and implemented website analytics event taxonomy, instrumentation, and visualizations that increased conversion rates from 1% to 3.5%. Spearheaded the design and implementation of a suite of real-time logistics coordination and schedule tracking applications (mobile PWA and desktop) for the AEC industry. Grew the development team size from 1 to 12 members. Instituted comprehensive team processes and policies encompassing version control/releases, code style, code review, and automated testing. Assisted with back end development as needed. Engaged in all phases of product development ranging from user interviews/research, persona development, feature implementation across the stack, and production support of initial customers. Developed the front end of a suite of loan origination and management applications (POS app, client app, back office app) with. Created and maintained a core UI library adopted by other teams for the concurrent development of multiple products. Delivered support and training to multiple teams utilizing the UI library. Improved team process and code quality through the implementation of code standards, reviews, and automated testing standards. Provided technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
