Successfully released AI products in private preview with more than 2000 measured populations.

Design System Management: Maintained and scaled a custom Power BI design system for Viva Insights, enabling consistent UI patterns and accelerating cross-functional development. Developed solutions for new components and their use cases, driving system-wide adoption of best practices. Improved designer–engineer workflows, ensured visual consistency and strengthened collaboration.

A scholarship and modern-day apprenticeship for career switchers from underrepresented and diverse communities. Full-time immersive User Experience Design Fellow at General Assembly. The program includes 500+ hours of training over ten weeks. I utilized a hands-on approach to practice user-centered design, critical thinking skills, team collaboration, and client relations.
