Following N-able’s acquisition of Adlumin, I continue contributing to the evolution of the cybersecurity platform within the broader N-able ecosystem.
• Led migration of the Adlumin Design System into the N-able enterprise design ecosystem, preserving system assets and aligning platform UI standards across teams.
• Established Pendo analytics instrumentation and governance, transitioning from Google Analytics and embedding tagging workflows into the JIRA lifecycle to enable data-driven insights across the Top 10 SOC analyst workflows
• Led UX architecture and product design for a scalable Advanced Search system handling datasets exceeding 10k+ results, introducing modular filtering, timeline visualizations, and export capabilities for SOC analysts.
• Built AI-assisted workflows to automate UX documentation, JIRA story generation, and Pendo tag metadata creation, significantly reducing manual operational overhead.
• Co-launched the Adlumin Quadrant Sync improving cross-functional alignment

• Transformed Adlumin’s cybersecurity platform — previously a collection of disparate security tools — into a unified SaaS web application integrating SOC workflows into a cohesive platform designed for responsive desktop and mobile accessibility.
• Built and maintained the Adlumin Design System (100+ reusable components) based on MDB Bootstrap used by 5+ engineering teams and multiple product initiatives.
• Established UX governance across the organization, including personas, accessibility standards, UX processes, and design system documentation.
• Built and maintained 100+ pages of UX documentation in Confluence, defining product workflows, system standards, and cross-team collaboration processes.
• Mentored designers and helped establish UX standards across the organization, supporting the maturity and scalability of the UX practice.

Pioneer Design System CEO Design kit component library manager, featuring over 66 responsive components that are used by over 60 Application Designers for various web application design projects.
• Designed, maintained, updated, and published the CEO Design Kit component library for 4 different platforms Figma, Sketch, Invision DSM and Illustrator in alignment with the biweekly WFRIA Framework release
• Contributed to rebuilding 66 responsive components in Figma using CSS box model principles mimicking code behaviors
• Designed breakpoint layouts in Figma for 66 responsive components, each featuring different states and configurations
• Created new responsive components for the CEO Design Kit using nested symbols in Sketch following visual design specifications and the frameworks API
