To-date my highlight at Bayer is leading an effort to establish well-rounded UX analytics using Google's HEART framework. I designed a workshop around Goals, Signals, Metrics to help product teams and stakeholders clearly articulate the goals for their products and what metrics they'll use to measure them. I've helped educate a variety of product roles on the importance of usability and interval testing. As a result, HEART has become a living ecosystem that drives future enhancements, prioritizes backlogs, and measures the success of our products/initiatives. The ecosystem is quickly becoming an active community with ambassadors, dedicated collaboration channels on slack and yammer, and has opened the door for enterprise-wide application.

As the User Experience lead, I was responsible for end-to-end user experience strategy. I spent the majority of my time aligning business needs and user needs via user research and facilitating internal workshops. During my time here I wore many hats, art director, front-end developer, UX Researcher, UX Designer, Visual Designer, and many more. Most of our work was related to defining the brand around our users' experience.

I worked with stakeholders and patients to re-brand FollowMyHealth. This included leading branding workshops and other activities resulting in a new styleguide and company logo. Together, with front-end engineers, we developed a living design system based on Brad Frost's Atomic Design.
