Reworked the back end to be testable, SOA friendly (JSR311/REST) and secure ( Spring  Security w/AOP). Reducing the total lines of code and average request/response time by 67% and 80% respectively.

* Created an automatic photo sorting tool that takes various parameters of
     digital images and attempts to put them into specific categories based on
     various statistical analysis.          

* Built Upload status allowing in a pure HTML/Javascript status, stop, cancel
     and restart of multiple simultaneous uploads.

o Implemented monitoring systems MRTG, Cricket (highly customized),
   Sitescope  and a trouble tracking system to reduce network downtime and
   analyze system performance.
