Worked on multiple AI-driven features within the Naver app, including Green Dot, AI Suggestions, and Smart Voice. Defined product specifications, designed new features informed by data and user research, and collaborated cross-functionally with engineering teams.

• Green Dot: Designed a new AI search feature as part of a major app redesign, resulting in a 5.7× increase in Smart Voice click-through rate and a 6.9× increase in Smart Lens click-through rate.

• AiRS(AI Suggestions): Managed and designed a context-aware AI recommendation feature that surfaced relevant content based on user behavior.

• Smart Voice: Led the redesign of the voice search system by unifying two separate voice interface experiences, and conducted user research to optimize the voice interaction model.
