Engaged in comprehensive user and market research, defined key requirements, produced early wireframes, and crafted the product’s final end-to-end designs. This ground-up initiative achieved an NPS of 85 and 4.8 star rating, securing partnerships with clients like Blue365, Cigna, and Aetna.
