My flagship project, 𝐀𝐈 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦, is a self-serve interface that enables users to create and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents within minutes - cutting setup time by 95% and reducing engineering dependencies by 88%. 

𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤: Advisor to early-stage startups and an active contributor to the design community. I’ve been invited to speak on panels and talks at universities like 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐂 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐲, and I regularly organize design events - most recently a panel with 70+ attendees featuring design leaders from top tech companies.

𝐌𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐲: I grew up shadowing my mother's work as a Chief Designer of Handicrafts and navigating life amidst constant lockdowns and communication blackouts, where I learned resourcefulness and design as a way of life. Now, this philosophy drives me to craft products and tools that truly make a difference.

Advisor to early-stage startups and active contributor to the Bay Area design community. I’ve spoken at 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝐂 𝐁𝐞𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐲, and I frequently organize design events - including a recent 70+ 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥 with design leaders from major tech companies.

### Senior Product Designer @ Aisera
Jan 2024 – Present | Palo Alto, CA
Lead product design and strategy for Aisera’s Agentic AI platform, redefining how enterprises deploy and scale AI agents.

- Launched AI Agent Studio — a self-serve platform for creating and managing enterprise AI agents, reducing onboarding time by 95%, eliminating 88% of engineering dependencies, and driving 4 new enterprise wins.

- Designed the end-to-end AI ecosystem including MCP/A2A process, knowledge sources, RAG, and Workflow Builder.

- Pioneered AiseraPlay — a PLG sandbox showcasing Agentic AI capabilities, shortening sales cycles by 60% and generating $2.5M+ in Q2 2025 pipeline.

Spearheaded the discovery, design, and strategy of an automated Reports and Reconciliation dashboard. It achieved a product-market fit with a 70% user adoption and boosted revenue and efficiency in its vertical, making it a cornerstone of Ripple's 2024 customer acquisition strategy. This initiative minimized manual reconciliation, reduced customer support overhead, and amplified scalability for future growth.

Designed a low-cost solution for searching and downloading experience on the payments platform, reducing the operational time by over 80%.

Jan 2020 – Jan 2022 | Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
I helped to design digital products for over 30,000 airline agents from Air Canada, Southwest, and Etihad airlines.

This was such a pivotal and transformative experience for me. I started out as a QA Analyst in the Engineering department. I discovered design through networking and self-learning courses. I was soon seduced by the allure of UX Design and began advocating to the Director of Engineering about its importance. 

My rapid prototyping, wireframing,  and user research & testing skills won me the chance to become the sole UX Designer working on the B2B product of Amadeus. 

I worked on a product that eventually made the lives of 30,000 Amadeus airline agents much easier by reducing their call handling time by 66% as well as increasing onboarding/training efficiency.

I also led innovation workshops that fostered UX maturity at Amadeus, resulting in the formation of a 5-member team in Bangalore.
