Co-developed with the GitHub Pull Requests team to further improve the pull request experience by creating Auto-merge and Required Conversation Resolution

Practices leadership by overseeing 40 student mentors who answer thousands of questions from intro CS students each year. Responsibilities include recruiting and scheduling new mentors, facilitating meetings to review teaching tips and best practices, and overseeing technical workshops.

This position has helped me solidify my programming fundamentals and practice communication through teaching students. It has given me exposure to management, and has formed me into a role model for computer science students.

Created a full stack application to monitor an internal distributed system with a focus on error detection and developer efficiency through data visualization

Gained experience working through the Agile development process in a professional setting with a team of four interns and full-time mentors, while writing production level code and tests through test-driven development

Built the application with Java, Spring Framework, Angular, and Highcharts
