I designed, built, and maintain a full-stack fleet and operations management platform for heavy machinery and trucks in road construction, covering dispatch scheduling, vehicle maintenance, automated invoicing, equipment and inventory tracking, traffic fines monitoring, telematics, and regulatory compliance across web and mobile. I architected a microservices backend using NestJS, MongoDB, and Redis, with Next.js and React Native frontends supporting real-time operations for field and office teams. I also integrated the platform with SAP for finance booking and automated invoice generation from dispatch data, reducing manual entry and the overall billing cycle by 90 percent.

I led all design operations across the company, overseeing UI/UX for the fintech platforms Yes Money and M2U Money (in partnership with UBA Bank), as well as all marketing materials and brand assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. I directed product design for Yes Money, a multi-currency wallet app launched in Zambia and Cameroon that scaled to over one million users and processed more than $7 million in transactions within six months. I also established a unified design system in Figma with reusable components and brand guidelines, reducing design-to-development handoff time by 40 percent and ensuring consistency across all platforms. In addition, I supported frontend development using React Native, Next.js, Flutter, and Swift to maintain high design fidelity in implementation.
