- Built WebRTC calling experience from 0 to 1, across various lines of AR wearable products, supporting Family-of-apps (Messenger, Whatsapp, Instagram) on both Android and iOS platform.
- Led cross-functional collaboration to manage complex dependencies, ensuring seamless end-to-end support for wearable software and hardware
- Innovatively incorporate various tests to guard product reliability, including increasing unit tests coverage powered by Meta CodeCompose LLM; building Jest E2E test framework for daily use cases.
- Designed PREQ(performance, reliability, efficiency, quality) metrics for the team. Set up dashboards and alerts, continuously optimize them. Improved the top-line reliability metric from 60% to 98% in a year.
- Built debugging tool to help the org analysis crash report. It significantly increased eng efficiency by reducing the time to investigate bug reports from 10+ min to less than 1 minutes. More than 10 teams adopted the tool in their process.
