At Tufts I noticed there was a serious dessert problem—everyone was craving something more! So, I decided to tackle it head-on and co-founded Tufts Crepes to bring a new dessert option to campus.
To enhance the experience, I developed a customer portal where customers can log their information for discount codes, all saved securely on Firebase. This portal allowed us to effectively market new products and send notifications about upcoming events, significantly boosting engagement.
Thanks to this strategy, Tufts Crepes reached over 30K Instagram interactions in the first two weeks of launching and we were even featured in The Tufts Daily.
