Served as a UX lead for checkout experiences, which involved establishing a new express checkout platform that integrates the Facebook Pay wallet, offers/rewards, and Web3/NFT features. Drove UX quality initiatives in partnership with product design, research, engineering, data science, and product management. Helped develop a content design system within the broader checkout design system to scale standards and ensure consistency across the family of apps (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Quest, Portal, and Novi).
