I'm a product designer helping users to make intentional, empowered decisions. I bring an unique perspective to design from my background in Economics and Cognitive Science. I actively employ insights (quantitative and qualitative) to uncover opportunities. Currently I'm improving the lending experience at Earnest. Before that, I worked at Dolby Laboratories and Target Inc, where I managed cross-functional, creative projects. 

I earned my Masters in Design at UC Berkeley, where I experimented with emerging technologies and cultivated my visual craft. My work has received recognition from Fast Company's Design Innovation Awards, Linda Tischler Award, Apple x UCSF Hackathon.

### Senior Product Designer @ Earnest

- Lead designer on 0→1 new lending product, collaborated with XFN to conduct competitive analysis + lead design application and servicing experience, drove $1M in loans signed within 2 months of launch
- Redesigned application flow, led to 21% lift in loan signed and 94% ease-of-use score for users
- Led checkout funnel redesign and platform migration, creating 16% increase in loans signed
- Contributed net new UI components to design system

-Re-designed mobile and desktop loan selection experience, led to 9.9% increase in loans signed.
-Designed cosigner re-invite / reminder feature, drove 40% increase in cosigned applications submitted

- Created survey, collecting 200+ responses to assess market opportunity for new product feature
