Key Accomplishments:
• Led the "Grocery Bundle Design" from concept to launch with the cross-function team in one day to help the company eliminate product shortages at the beginning of COVID-19 to achieve 500% YoY revenue growth.
• Led the "Multi-ethnic Storefront Design" from ideation, user research, persona, user flow, wireframe, and user testing to final deliverables to help the company expand from a single ethnic group of users to multi-ethnic users, from 3 million to 5 million. This design was recognized in Fast Company's 2021 Innovation by Design Awards.
• Led end-to-end "Mail Order Design" from idea to life and collaborated with the PM, engineering, and operations to help the company expand the business from regional to national and drive 50% YoY revenue growth.
• Created a design system for the entire product consistency.
