# Kal Dudala > Resist the algorithm | AI that unchains humans Location: Oakland, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/kaldudala Product builder, entrepreneur, and systems thinker working at the intersection of AI, interaction design, and real-world workflows. I build AI tools that reduce friction and unlock flow. Author of Autobiographer.io. Currently building out Chalk.my (a thinking and planning surface for teachers) and roadnottaken.io (an interactive AI trip planner), while running Revmatch.co, a lean, AI-powered sports car rental business. Previously led platform, data, and developer experience products at VMware and Pivotal across Kubernetes, and Cloud Foundry, with a focus on APIs, distributed systems, and Observability. ## Work Experience ### Founder @ Trivial Pursuits Jan 2024 – Present | Oakland, California, United States AI induced brain atrophy is real. I believe AI should give us superpowers, not replace us. I build tools that reflect this philosophy - where AI is used as a sounding board and a thinking partner, rather than a one click generator. Trivial Pursuits is the studio where I bring this idea to life in as many diverse contexts as I can. CURRENT PROJECTS - Don't Kill My Brain (dontkillmybrain.com): A classifier that labels the mode in which humans are using AI and helps promote greater awareness of patterns of cognitive dependence - Autobiographer (autobiographer.io): An AI job coach that reads job descriptions, helps you evaluate fit, charts a path to closing skill and experience gaps, and collaboratively generates tailored resumes, cover letters, and interview prep. - Road Not Taken (roadnottaken.io): A personalized travel guide generator. Planning becomes exploration, not form-filling. - Revmatch (revmatch.co): An enthusiast car-rental business that uses AI-powered software to automate nearly all operational workflows (garage access, unlocking cars, fleet tracking, financial analysis). - Little Explorer (littleexplorer.fly.dev): An app I built for my 5-year-old daughter to encourage engaging with the physical world during her travels. Location-aware scavenger hunts and discovery prompts that turn any trip into an adventure. - Shiny Black Holes (shinyblackholes.com): A collaboration between a human songwriter and an AI generative music model, reviewed by the brightest AIs of our time. - Chalk (chalk.my): A shared AI-teacher digital workspace where the AI responds to and works inside an evolving document with the teacher. Designed to support flow, not replace judgment. ### Founder @ RevMatch.co LLC Jan 2025 – Present | Oakland, CA Manual sports cars with real mechanical feel are disappearing.
