• Design the KYC onboarding experience for Payments 2.0 flow.
• Consuming all the notifications (web hooks) dropped by Adyen related to a user’s bank details, identity details and challenges a user to update his KYC standings whenever required.
• Integration across multiple teams including Payments Gateway, Seller Hub, Adyen, Identity, Onboarding, Swift.
• Created a tool as a part of RTB where we can compare a user’s KYC state between Adyen and eBay and throw him the correct remedy. This tool helped the team many hours of work since all the information was available with different API calls and queries and triaging a production issue took atleast 10-15 mins while this tool shows the aggregated information in just 4 seconds.
