### Bachelor Thesis [AI-Native Portfolio Management] @ California College of the Arts

Conducting primary research with 30 retail investors to identify core needs such as preserving user agency in investment decisions, reducing cognitive overload and decision paralysis, and increasing overall investment confidence.

### Product Design Intern @ Nsight, Inc.

Conducted iterative customer research with Capacity Chemical to gather user stories, evaluate workflows, and identify limitations of their legacy tool to define requirements for a new tool build.

Identified 3 key personas and tailored role-based dashboards to reduce cognitive load and onboarding friction.

Designed an AI-first UX that enabled Capacity employees to gather supplier and raw material information from documents and generate a formula document 70% faster.

Wireframed an integrated Chemformation widget to accelerate raw material search and profile building without switching apps.

Crafted a complete 22-screen Figma prototype for the new tool which was deployed at Capacity Chemical.
