Deep focus on system reliability, high availability, and optimizing distributed data consistency. ## Work Experience ### Backend Software Engineer @ Caesars Digital Jan 2022 – Present | Edison, New Jersey, United States • Currently working on a tennis feature to automatically calculate the Home Game Hold Percentage rather than traders making manual changes based on Average Server, Serve Strength and point momentum in the prematch section of the trading. • Worked on developing a feature called Odds boost which Is used by the sportsbook in increasing the payout for a money line, point spread or totals (over/under) bet on a certain game. The application was developed using Kafka Streams, Spring boot microservice, Mongo DB and deployed in Cloud using Kubernetes. The monitoring of the application is done using New Relic and the logs are monitored using Splunk. • Worked on a feature called Early settlement where the outcome of a selection can be decided and hence the market settles the bets relating to that selection early without having to wait until the match got over. This application uses Delay Queue to hold the elements that become available for retrieval after a specified delay along with Spring Boot, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS and Splunk. ### Software Engineer II @ Citizens Jan 2020 – Jan 2022 | Edison, New Jersey, United States • Worked on developing a system that matches various modes of payment information with the invoices generated. • The application used Spring Boot, database was MongoDB Atlas and deployment happened on AWS.
