I led the initiative to define the product roadmap and the team’s product principles for their 2 year strategy. πŸŒͺ At Pause, I was a founding designer for a people-focussed time-off management tool across desktop, mobile and Slack. With a team of eight including the CEO, I helped build and launch the product in 9 months across platforms, which went on to onboard 100+ organisations in 2 months from launch. πŸ” At Swiggy's R&D team, I designed several 0-1 initiatives across mobile and hardware, to help the company evaluate new business verticals for a 2-5 year window, in a quick, and cost effective way, saving the company millions. I also conducted user research studies through interviews and harnessed insights to define the way forward for our initiatives, as presented to the CEO. 🀝 At Microsoft Teams, I worked on Calendar experiences across mobile and desktop for 25 million users to help them spend 40% less time creating meetings, reducing drop-offs significantly.
