Built a scalable full-stack pipeline using FastAPI, PyQt5, and OpenCV, enabling video upload, frame preprocessing, object detection, and PDF report generation. Applied computer vision and machine learning techniques to automate anomaly detection, replacing slow and error-prone manual inspections. Collaborated with BART engineers to incorporate real-world infrastructure and safety constraints into the design and testing phases. Leveraged multithreading, Agile workflows, and Git to ensure performant processing and coordinated team development.
