• Spearheaded a cross-team effort to resolve IBAN issue to increase payment conversion for Truelayer (TL). The work involved defining the problem, discussing the potential solutions & implementing it.
• Led the work to fix the discrepancy between TL ledger balance & TL banking provider balance. Communicated the changes with impacted TL clients. The work significantly reduced auditing efforts.
• Led the work for integrating with a 3rd party provider to enable Sepa & Sepa-instant payments throughout Europe. The work led to the signing of big clients for Truelayer.
• Led a team of 2 engineers to combine 2 transaction reconciliation services into 1. The work led to reducing maintenance overhead for the team.
