At Pakible I was responsible for designing the Project Management Dashboard and Product Selector:

• Deployed digital product features to streamline the packaging prototyping process while effectively improving the interface resulting in a 40% customer satisfaction rating and over $50K in new projects

• Collaborated with our remote backend engineer to communicate technical details to bring concepts, wireframes, and mockups into a fully functional dashboard

• Conducted user focused research methods such as phone interviews, surveys, and user testing in order to gain insight into the problem(s) emerged from our product

• Responsible for documenting user insights to deliver physical, brand-focused custom packaging from concept to reality in order to investigate features required for digital product development

• Coordinated a remote team of 6-8 structural and graphic designers to rapidly scale multiple projects in 48 hours or less
