Meetup is a platform for hosting and organizing in-person and virtual activities, gatherings, and events for people and communities of similar interests, hobbies, and professions. I lead the design of the organizer onboarding and activation experiments in a way that helped them gain more confidence in starting a group and planning their first event on the platform. I also built a feature that helped organizers find a venue for their events, including easily booking a Wework space on the Meetup platform.
