As Program Manager I was responsible for the program’s curriculum and staff. I created and improved a new curriculum for our introductory Python course. This required an in-depth understanding of the language and effective communication across learning modalities (auditory, visual, and kinesthetic). Throughout the course, I trained a rotating, part-time staff of engineers; helping them find empathy for new learners and transfer their knowledge 
effectively.

I also contributed to internal software and tools. As a contributor to our Student information System I helped to extend the main app, built specifically for single course type, to handle granular class needs. I maintained and expanded the Linux development environment for student lab and lab setup using Clonezilla and Bash scripting.
