This allowed a more efficient manner to share and collaborate between distinct departments.

In order for an employer to successfully create a new employee user profile in the Heavy Connect platform he/she needs to go through a few steps, so it can take days to create hundreds of new employee profiles.  As part of the automation team, utilizing python, we developed an algorithm to parse through CSV and Excel files. The files contained employee information and were uploaded by the employer. This minimized the time they would spend on creating user profiles and maximized their time for their other tasks. We used Django as the framework and HTML/CSS for the front end.
