From 0→1, AI-powered itinerary builder
• Led end-to-end UX/UI design from concept to MVP launch, turning GPT-generated itineraries
into a structured, editable planning experience.
• Partnered with the founder and engineer to define the scope and ship the MVP in 4 weeks
under tight technical and timeline constraints.
• Validated core design through early usage metrics: ~311 MVP signups, frequent itinerary
edits, map interactions, and multi-minute planning sessions. The product has since grown
to ~3,000 users.
