As a part of the Marketing-Engineering team my role was to help the Marketing team in deploying and tracking their campaigns to increase user sign-ups and product engagement. Some of the highlights included -

• Building, deploying and managing the Campaign-Attributor microservice for tracking over 1 million annual user sign-ups, implementing marketing campaigns, measuring their conversion rates and enabling the data-driven allocation of the marketing budget

• Increasing marketing revenue by over $200,000 annually through payouts driven by the integration of the Adjoe and Adgem gaming platforms within the Sezzle ecosystem.

• Performing my code-owner duties for the Website-CMS-Boilerplate, Marketing-SMS and Braze-Gateway services.

• Built a Booth Recommendation algorithm for parts entering the Paint Room, with the objective of minimizing production costs. Preliminary analysis shows a 10 minute decrease in paint time (daily) and $200,000 reduction in paint cost (annual). As of 2025, the algorithm is in production.

• Analyzed Paint Production Data to determine sources of waste, built Tableau Dashboards to assist the Paint Department in tracking paint waste and outlined remedies

Working with Professor Jeffrey Stanton in the domain of Natural Language Processing and Understanding. We're currently working on two projects:

1. Propose a standardized metric for the comparison of the performance of sentence transformers.

2. Predicting the popularity of research papers by analyzing the writing quality metrics and text summary using Sequence Models.

Other than risk assessment my work involved a major focus on automating reporting, analyses and building a reliable self service analytics model for several stakeholders. Took on several roles as a Software Developer and Systems Architect among others.

• Calculate the risk in Pensions Portfolios of German, UK and US Plans

• Contributed towards building a Corporate and Government Bond Pricing Application using

in-house Python library KANNON

• Built a Python tool to calculate Contributory Value-at-Risk (VaR), to study the Portfolios driving the banking book risk of the Bank, which was implemented for efficient risk management
