Led development for the resupply program (0->1 and beyond), which automates critical supply-chain & inventory management for 9k+ return bars across the nation.

Led development for our integration with UPS (just prior to UPS acquiring Happy Returns), enabling Happy Returns to leverage UPS’s logistics network for millions of monthly pickups from 9k+ return bars, and shipments to our warehouses and 800+ customers' warehouses.

Led development of several full-stack product features to improve warehouse productivity. As well as improving technical aspects of the application (availability, observability, scalability, performance, code quality, etc)
