Created user flows, wireframes and clickable prototypes, and hand-off documentation for devs. Conducted usability testing of the app and analyzed NPS reviews to increase the app store rating from 143 to 64 within 3 weeks which increased user engagement in the app. Collaborated with VPs, Engineers, and Customer Support to build a product strategy and vision for the Sezzle Affiliate program that resulted in an increase in sales and active merchants.
