Collaborated across functions and business units to design and help prioritize and launch the MVP for Workforce Engagement, a net-new product on Salesforce's Service Cloud. I led research and discovery and created and executed a design strategy; I owned designs spanning several product pillars and engineering teams to launch an end-to-end solution.
